Kelly Foley
Regional Housing Coordinator
Kelly brings her knowledge about the Sunshine Coast housing sector combined with over 25 years’ experience in strategic planning, program management, team facilitation, revenue development, and communications for social service and private sector organizations. She firmly believes that affordable and appropriate housing-for-all is attainable on the Sunshine Coast, and is committed to working with local government, community organizations, housing providers, and individuals to achieve this.
Amanda Prince Lea
Project Lead, Systems Mapping
Amanda brings over 20 years of experience in management, as well as volunteer and program administration. She’s also worked in community engagement and facilitation, community research, and strategic fund and partner development in both the social service and private sectors. Amanda holds a Master of Public Health concentration in Social Inequities in Health from Simon Fraser University, which informs her approach to addressing complex social challenges. She believes housing is a human right and that affordable and sustainable housing for all on the Sunshine Coast is possible — through data-driven decision making and working collaboratively with all levels of government, community organizations, housing providers, and residents.
Aaron Fitzpatrick
Graphic Design Coordinator
Aaron is a graphic designer based on the Sunshine Coast and has been part of the Cover The Coast team since the very beginning back in 2020. Along with his passion for design, Aaron also works on planning and conceptualizing campaigns for Cover The Coast. His duties include work on our website, where he combines outside of the box creative thinking with a clean, easy to navigate aesthetic.
Sunshine Coast Housing Action Table

The activities of Cover The Coast are guided by the Sunshine Coast Housing Action Table (HAT). The purpose of HAT is to coordinate the collective and collaborative efforts of individuals, housing providers, community organizations, and local governments to provide access to safe, affordable and appropriate housing that meets the diverse and changing needs of the communities on the southern Sunshine Coast. Steering Committee
The Steering Committee acts as a de facto executive committee of HAT, providing oversight and managing the development and direction of the Table; ensuring Table priorities have the necessary resources and support for successful implementation.
