Female homeowner and 1 lovely medium sized dog as housemates. 3 minute walk to bus stop in SC highway and short drive/bus ride/bike ride to downtown Sechelt/hospital etc. 1 block to beach. Short walk to several shops, cafes and restaurants, including a grocery store. Ground level (3 stairs to enter home, no stairs within). Quite neighbourhood. Access to several hiking trails nearby.
Additional amenities:
1) Shared space: Large fenced in back yard, large kitchen, dining room and living room. Additional guest room may be used on occasion
2) Within the shared kitchen you have your own mini-fridge, 4 dedicated cabinets of storage, in additiona to ample shared kitchen supplies.
3) Pets welcome if they are good with my dog (she is great with cats and lived with several, and likes most dogs. TBD – let’s discuss and meet-up to see)
4) Bicycle to borrow while you live here is negotiable.
5) Office desk and office chair can be moved into the rental room if you need some workspace in your room.

I have a lot of experience with shared living spaces (e.g. co-op’s, international living, etc.) and know what it takes to collaborate, accommodate and negotiate to create a space where all housemates feel respected and at home in shared accommodations.

Rental available for 6 months. Possibility to extend.
