The suite is located on the ground floor of our house where we reside. Parking is available on site. Private side garden entrance available.The suite (approx.-1000 sq.feet) is partly furnished. The French doors of the living room leads to a large private patio with a beautiful view. It has two bedrooms, each with a closet. The other bedroom could be used as an office or as another bedroom. The suite is an open concept with a living room area to the kitchenette (a bar area with sink and mini fridge). The kitchenette includes a microwave where other kitchen cooking appliances will be provided as per need. There is one large bathroom for the suite (a shared common bathroom if both bedrooms are for two different individuals).Preference would be given to one individual instead of 2 people for a long term rental base on a week to week basis or month to month.
