The bedroom is located on the main floor of our house where we reside. Parking is available on site. Laundry and kitchen facilities are available on the main floor. Common front entrance to the house. Cleaning would be the responsibility of the individual.

The bedroom is furnished. The patio door from the bedroom leads to the main floor patio with a beautiful view. It is an on-suite bedroom with a private bathroom and a walk- in closet.
Heating is by radiant floor heating throughout the house with your own thermostat for the room.

Preference would be given to an individual for a couple of weeks at a time or on a month to month basis. No pets allowed, no smoking, no drugs, ideally a quiet individual.
