Our suite is a 600 square foot carriage house, located on our 1 acre property, away from the main house. It is on the second level, above our screen print studio, which is a functioning business from Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm. There are stairs up to the suite, so may prove difficult for people with mobility issues.

Our suite is private, comfortable and across the street from a gorgeous beach to spend your spare time on. It is fully furnished with a TV in the living room as well as a TV in the bedroom. Queen sized bed. It has a beautiful deck with BBQ and seating for great outdoor living. The kitchen is fully stocked, with stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. It also has a washer/dryer in bathroom. There is parking available for 1 vehicle. No smoking, no pets. Best suited for individual.

We rent on a signed short term or month to month basis. Access is needed occasionally to get onto roof for gutter maintenance and cleaning of roof. Please be ready to provide list of references.
